I СОНЕТ ШЕКСПИРА От нежных душ желаем мы родиться, И думаем, что вечно будем жить. Но с возрастом всё может измениться. Стремись себя в потомстве сохранить:
Но ты, своей красой прельщённый, Себя же сам лишаешь всяких благ. Ведёшь себя, как будто обречённый. Себе же первый и жестокий враг.
Пока ты юн и свеж, люби себя, Но соблазнись весенними дарами. Не прячь в зародыше своё ты я - Скупец, себя сжигающий глазами. Мир пожалей, разумно тратя силу. Добру, как и себе не рой могилу.
